Selena Gomez 2012: Singer Enjoys Rocking Weekend in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

While Justin Bieber is enjoying studio time with rapper Lil Wayne on his next album “Believe” in Florida, his girl friend – the former "Wizards of Waverly Place" cutie Selena Gomez – is having a pleasant stop in Rio de Janeiro this weekend during her travel to South America as part of her "We Own the Night" world tour. The 19-year-old singer/actress arrived at the airport of Rio de Janeiro on 3 February 2012 and attended a press call the following morning in which she was presented with a Gold Award memento from Universal Music Brazil. Later that night, she treated her fans with a fabulous concert comprised of a full lineup of her biggest hits at the stage of HSBC Arena.

Before hitting the stage, the singer tweeted that she was so excited to be back to such as fun place to kick off her South American Tour.
