'2012 Golden Globes' Edition: RICKY GERVAIS's Bordeaux-Colored Tux Jacket

Ricky Gervais has a LOVE-HATE relationship with the actors and actresses. He has become known with the film industry as a HOST to beware because Ricky doesn't seem to have any restraint or some kind of couth, not knowing when certain 'lines' have been crossed. I guess that's what a lot of comedians are like. *Shrug*

Check out Ricky Gervais's jacket from the 2012 Golden Globe Awards. (I will find the designer of this jacket) I literally stared at his jacket for the longest time, imagining myself wearing this jacket so hott and versatile for almost any occasion, being especially QUIRKY at a black-tie event.

On Ricky, the black dress shirt, sunglasses, and swept-back hair are nice complements to the jacket, as well.

Ricky Gervais Actor Ricky Gervais and Jane Fallon arrive at the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on January 15, 2012 in Beverly Hills, California.

It's always so good to stand out.

I do know that the kind of jacket that Ricky wore also came in a vest and pants, I DID NOT like the pants and its fit, but the jacket and vest rested quite well with me :-)

'2012 Golden Globes' Edition: CHARLIZE THERON, SOFIA VERGARA, and PAULA PATTON In Stunning Gowns Before Golden Globes Began!!

Charlize Theron

Charlize Theron

There is a whole lot of BEAUTY to behold in the 69th Golden Globe Awards. So many beautiful gowns and envious tuxes *LoL*, especially Ricky Gervais's blazer *DING*!

I will cover many more of FASHION @ Golden Globes very soon, but I'm now focusing on the HOTTEST GOWNS I've seen tonight (and I'm talking about the ones that you will love, too)

Check out Charlize Theron's deeply plunged neckline, heavily-bowed 'soft' pearl gown. I like how a little leg shows through without showing too much, leaving more to the imagaination. The way the material at the rear of the gown flows so lightly gives me a vision of an angel floating through a peaceful hillside.

Paula Patton

Next, don't get me started on Paula Patton. Robin Thicke is SOOO BLESSED to have Paula for a wife. She stands out with this golden yellow gown that hugs her body so well, and take a look at the geometric cuts and layers that make up the bottom of the gown. It comes together seamlessly! And PLUS, Paula's bright smile is something you can't put a price on.

68th Golden Globe Award's Best Dressed Women -- Ladies, take note...

You just KNOW her outfit is gonna be on-point...
So many thousands and thousands of blogs and websites are posting about the exact same thing about the "Best Dressed" and the "Worst Dressed" at the 2011 Golden Globe Awards. We all know that the awards aren't just watched to see who wins for their on-screen performance but the RED CARPET PERFORMANCE. Here, you have the exclusive opportunity to be with me and my thoughts as a no-nonsense kind of person as opposed to PRESS RELEASE-TYPE NEWS OF CELEBS. Here's my JAIDEN's PICK on the best dressed (Just pics and they do not come in ranking; two categories: "Best" and "Good":)

BEST

Halle, Halle, Halle Berry! In Nina Ricci corseted gown

Eva Longoria (no more Parker) in Zac Posen

Vanessa Williams

GOOD

Sofia Vergara in Vera Wang

Shaun Robinson

Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Marad
(What's with the New Balance sneakers with the suit in the background??)

(See Anne Hathaway in Armani Prive')

Bottom line: All the women featured were just beautiful and like a rare rose. The kind of fashion that never goes wrong is one that remains simple, timeless, and understated. Beautiful dresses of that nature allows a woman to show her natural beauty instead of just a beautiful dress on a woman.
