FOTD: Neutral Eye using LORAC Haute Couture Palette in Sand Tropez

I bought this palette a couple of weeks ago during a LORAC Sale on Hautelook. This palette was 1 of 2 palettes made exclusively for hautelook. I purchase Sand Tropez, which was the neutral one, but there was also a smokey eye quad. I have a review on this palette, as well as swatches here!

This is actually a FOTD I did a couple of weeks ago, but I ended up not posting it because I wasn't happy with the way it turned out. But I thought I'd post it anyways, since it's been about a week or so since my last post and I've been super busy with school and starting a new job. I hope you guys like it anyways<3

LORAC Haute Couture Palette in Sand Tropez

For those of you who have never heard of Hautelook, you're missing out on some great deals. Every week or so they sell new brands of clothing, furniture, vacations, etc. for a discounted price. They also have a beauty section, which is my favorite. They sell Urban Decay, Rock and Republic, Michael Todd, Fusion Beauty, and LORAC frequently. A couple weeks ago, they were selling two Hautelook exclusive LORAC palettes. This one caught my eye and I just had to have it.

KEEP READING FOR MORE PHOTOS AND SWATCHES

It comes with four shadows: a matte ivory, gold shimmer, bronze shimmer, and matte espresso brown.
These shadows are extremely soft and blend-able. The two lighter shades aren't very pigmented but the ivory would be a perfect subtle highlight and the gold shimmer is more of a beautiful golden sheen.
The darker shades are pigmented. The matte brown is a dupe for MAC Espresso

All in all, this palette is perfect for an all-in-one everyday look for school or work. Which is mainly why I got it. It retails for around $15. I'm not sure if they will be selling these palettes again, but I'm sure they will sometime in the future. I will definitely let you guys know if it comes back up for sale, but in the meantime, definitely check out Hautelook if you haven't already. Right now they're having a sale on Jane Cosmetics.
