Rihanna is known for being very HER, which is fashion-forward and a trendsetter.

Well, I wonder if FEATHERY TOPS will be a trend since Rihanna was spotted promoting her fast-selling perfume, Reb'l Fleur, in London...wearing a HOTT HOTT HOTT feathered top by Antonio Berardi. She also wore matching trousers and her favorite Christian Louboutin nude heels.

To me, it's not the hottest outfit for Rihanna, but she still makes it work. i think it's all about confidence and most importantly, body posture.

RIHANNA's Mom Monica Promotes Rihanna's Reb'l Fleur Perfume in Barbados

Reb'l Fleur, the first perfume released by Rihanna, was promoted in Barbados by her mom, MONICA FENTY. You would think that the U.S. would have some big promos, but BARBADOS went all-out, cameras flashing, treating Monica like she's royalty.
