Now, here's another celeb in fashion, this time it's a FASHION FAIL. check out rapper Soulja Boy, who just dyed his hair a dirty blonde and is unfortunately facing charges--but it ain't my business--what is ACTUALLY my business is trying to figure out why is Soulja Boy's hairline JACKED UP.

SOULJA BOY's Throwback '80s Haircut + Da Brat's Dookie Braids w/ Colored Rubber Bands (FAIL)

I see a significant number of high school boys starting to rock the haircuts popular in the '80s, kind of like Soulja Boy's look (above). It's a cool look. Doesn't it just scream ART and 'Do the Right Thing' (Spike Lee)??

While in contrast, DA BRAT (old school rapper and Raven Symone's half-sister, which I find very hard to believe) was recently released from prison and she was tryin' to bring back her old days by wearing her mini-dookie braids with colored rubber bands. See below:

I know HOMEGIRL is trying to make a comeback and invoke a reminder of the late '80s/early '90s era, but in 2011?? Like this?? FAIL, FAIL, FAIL in the name of fashion!!!!

Sad and Happy News: Soulja Boy's Lil Bro Dies + Chris Brown Album F.A.M.E. Out Today!!



In off-color news this morning (I AM SO SORRY TO RELEASE SAD NEWS LIKE THIS ON THIS GREAT MORNING), Soulja Boy's 14-year-old brother had passed away last night (3/20/11) in a car accident. I have a 15-year-old brother and he is SO DEAR to my heart. Ohhh man, I couldn't take it when I heard those news; tears came to my eyes.

My brother, too, was in a car accident years ago (at 11 years old), and he was seriously injured with injuries to his face and neck. I remember the call from the hospital about him, VIVID to the ABSOLUTE. I am so fortunate that he has fully recovered. Prayer SERIOUSLY, SERIOUSLY, SERIOUSLY.... Works!!!!

Okay enough, on to BRIGHTER NEWS.



Chris Brown's highly publicized and very artistic (I love the ARTS) album, F.A.M.E., comes out today! Short news, I know, but music isn't my niche although the suggestion and the arts behind it is.... and thats's FASHION!! *Fist bump to all of you*
