Manchester City’s midfielder, Nigel De Jong, has promised the City fans that his team would do all they could to maintain their 100% win record when they face Manchester United at Old Trafford this Sunday. De Jong has said that the result of the Manchester City’s flawless start to the season was due to the hard work they they have put on during training. The Holland player said: “We have a 100 per cent record and we want to keep it. We are in great form but we have to work our backsides off every day to maintain that form, otherwise you can slip. With the form we are in it’s going to be a good game to watch. The big changes here mean there is not just one big club in Manchester. We have come alongside, everybody has seen that. I hope the city is starting to get more and more blue-ish!”
