Quick Fashion Review and Trends for 2012: Rihanna's New 'YOU DA ONE' Video

There's a lot of CRAZY looks in Rihanna's new 'You Da One' music video that tie into fashion in a big way. A lot of the looks that was shown will be 'playfully' making its way into stores in 2012.

*LOL* at Rihanna's CROTCH-GRABBIN'... she loves to do that, doesn't she?

Let's FLY through it real quick:

I predict that an overload of BLONDE WIGS will be making its way to wig shops in 2012.

Full leather outfits won't be just confined to novelty & lingerie stores in 2012.

Lace and fishnet are not just for LINGERIE and STOCKINGS anymore; it's made for jackets, pants, blouses, even hats and shoes.

Black eyeshadow and heavy mascara is a MUST for 2012. Balance it out by keeping the lips FRESH with NUDE GLOSS.

GOLD JEWELRY? Nostalgic and BOSS for 2012.

NAILS? Keep it mixed and MINXED (0:57-0:59 mark).

Platform heels? STILL IN to STAY.

Ripped jeans? Medio y medio.

Soooo... those are THE ONLY JAIDEN 2012 trends and partial predictions (because just about everything in fashion I predict....hmmm.... HAPPENS).

Bold red lipstick.

Blonde bob.

Heavy mascara.

Gold jewelry.

BLACK, BLACK, BLACK clothing.

Outlandish boots.

Straight-up '80s.

The video is also a SNEAK PEEK at what models go thru in a photo shoot or music video. Even though it's only Rihanna, imagine if you were modeling and had to go through minor or major choreography, there's actually quite a bit that goes behind a photo shoot.

Yup, that's Rihanna's new look as she shoots for the 'You Da One' music video, in London.

Here's what's described about her from Ace Showbiz:

The Barbados beauty ditches her dark-colored hair by rocking a blonde shoulder-length wig with bangs. She dons a white figure-hugging sleeveless top, which shows off her pierced nipples through it. She matches it with a pair of ripped booty denim shorts, white-patterned leggings and sneakers.

Completing her bombshell look by wearing suspenders, a bowler hat and a cane, Riri is seen rocking thick lashes under one eye only. The "Battleship" star shot a scene in front of a bright pink wall for the video which reportedly is inspired by Stanley Kubrick's 1971 film "A Clockwork Orange".

Rihanna Does Promo Pics For 'YOU DA ONE'

Plenty of art in this promo pic by Rihanna, which has a connection to 'We Found Love' (which has a rugged but distinctive creativeness to it) but seems more colorful and intense, probably as more tracks come in.

I see nothing but stripes, gold jewelry, mussed hair, and killer boots! Waiting for the music video so I can determine the underlying meaning of the fashion, which is otherwise grungy and rocker style to me.

From an ART perspective, the concept is just brilliant in a place where others would call is messy and negative.

'We Found Love' and 'You Da One' Hitmaker RIHANNA Spotted In Daisy Dukes and Garter Stockings!

At time of post, hitmaker RIHANNA is belting out some songs at London's O2 Arena, and while she's doing that, I want to run ONE FUN OUTFIT by you. Isn't this cool?

Rihanna was spotted leaving Nozomi Restaurant, representing the U.S. wearing a stars-and-stripes daisy dukes with imitation garter stockings (THE SHOW-STOPPER).

She also wore a fox-collared denim jacket that pairs well with her shorts (always very important to match denim correctly; never black denim with blue denim or BLEACHED with INKED).

Even the small details are great; less jewelry means more, and Rihanna's curly locks are not overdone and are 'perched' right on top of the fur collar, uninterrupted.
