I want to show some UK love by putting up more pics of Rihanna in the UK (London). She was entirely covered up, which is quite the catch to look at sometimes (since she loves to show skin). She wore an Elizabeth Taylor sweatshirt and a long, flowy dress underneath. She paired it with a chunky necklace and oversized shades.
With Paris Fashion Week just days away, we had almost forgotten that Kanye West would be showing his second ready to wear collection in the French capital next Tues.
So we were surprised to see Mr. West’s name crop up during London Fashion Week.
It seems that Kanye, not satisfied with creating his own line, fancied collaborating with cool Aussie label Dion Lee to create the footwear for the designer’s first ever London presentation.
Dion and Kanye have apparently been friends for some time, and met through Kanye’s stylist, Christine Centenera.
We say that because the rapper-turned-designer made a pretty decent shoe for the London Fashion Week presentation of designer Dion Lee.
Kanye helped out with designing the Autumn Winter 2012 footwear, which displayed a ladylike and more grown-up look that's a definite departure from the sports-luxe urban feel of the rapper's own Spring Summer 2012 collection.
The catwalk shoes were more commercial than we would have expected - black pointed heels, with dainty cuffs and bow ties on the ankles. We’re pretty impressed! So well done Kanye and Dion. Now we're really excited to see next week’s collection...
Rihanna was spotted in London earlier last week for preparing to perform at the 2012 Brit Awards. She came outside in her usual ROCKER style she's been sporting lately. It's growing on me; I like this '80s vibe with the 'DINO BONES' pants she wore with an oversized leather varsity jacket and black sneakers. A red snapback cap was a nice touch, too.
Earlier in the week... Rihanna came in with this MILITARY vibe.... she probably attended London Fashion Week. Rihanna's not one to skip fashion.
At time of post, hitmaker RIHANNA is belting out some songs at London's O2 Arena, and while she's doing that, I want to run ONE FUN OUTFIT by you. Isn't this cool?
Rihanna was spotted leaving Nozomi Restaurant, representing the U.S. wearing a stars-and-stripes daisy dukes with imitation garter stockings (THE SHOW-STOPPER).
She also wore a fox-collared denim jacket that pairs well with her shorts (always very important to match denim correctly; never black denim with blue denim or BLEACHED with INKED).
Even the small details are great; less jewelry means more, and Rihanna's curly locks are not overdone and are 'perched' right on top of the fur collar, uninterrupted.
Whitney Houston performs at London's O2 Arena, Apr 25, 2010
*Here we go again.
In a headline appearing in London’s Daily Mail, Whitney Houston was referred to as “bloated, bedraggled and out of tune” on the latest stop of her troubled “Nothing But Love” world tour. Some 20,000 fans showed up at London’s O2 arena Sunday night and greeted the diva with wild cheers, according to the newspaper. But, “once again the voice that had left her contemporaries reeling in its wake, was a former shadow of what it used to be,” wrote reviewer Georgina Littlejohn. [Story continues below.]

The review continued:
After stumbling half-heartedly through her signature song “I Will Always Love You,” Houston, who has suffered her fair share of drug problems in the past, said: “She don’t want to come, my soprano friend.” She added: “Sometimes the old girl sings, but not tonight. I want to do it, but she doesn’t want to. … She’s getting a little … temperamental, even.”
She struggled further with another of her classic songs, this time cutting short “Greatest Love Of All,” only managing to pull of a couple of verses.
And during much of the set she paused and panted for breath between songs while her backing singers did a great job of carrying her with their melodies.
Her outfit also left a bit to be desired. She came on stage in tight leather trousers, a sequinned jacket that struggled to fasten at her middle and a bloated face.
Whitney did manage to stay on stage for the majority of the two-hour gig, her first of three at the Docklands venue. But fans were still unhappy, with some even demanding their money back.
