Kate Middleton Shows off Black Lace Dress at “War Horse” London Premiere

One day before her 30th birthday, Kate Middleton wowed in a fabulous, floor-length lace dress to attend the red carpet with Prince William, who was in black tie, for the War Horse premiere in London's West End despite the wed weather.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were spotted joining 600 serving and ex-serving military personnel, their families and beneficiaries of military charities at the event on Sunday evening, January 8, 2012.

It is said that the royal couple made the appearance at the debut screening of the Steven Spielberg motion picture in aid of the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry, which recognizes the welfare of people who has been serving their country in the British Armed Forces.

William and Kate teamed with director Steven Spielberg and stars Tom Hiddleston, Emily Watson, Benedict Cumberbatch and Jeremy Irvine on the red carpet of the premiere of the movie “War Horse”. Prince William looked handsome in his tux, while his wife showed off her floor length black lace dress by Alice Temperley, one of her family’s favorite designers.

Spielberg talked about the appearance of the couple at Odeon Leicester Square in London: “It's a very prestigious honor because they represent an entirely new era in British royalty that has the entire world excited.” He also said that it was an honour for him to be there with the royals. “This is my first royal premiere for the Duke and Duchess, having done them before for the Queen and the Queen Mother,” he said.

Prince William had to carry an umbrella after it started to rain as walking alongside wife Kate Middleton outside the Odeon in Leicester Square. After the UK Premiere of “War Horse,” the royal couple attended a private reception with the cast at Buckingham Palace.

British Royal Couple: Prince William and Kate Middleton Celebrate Their First Christmas at Sandringham (Pictures)

On April 29, 2011 the whole world witnessed the 21st’s royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton that took place at Westminster Abbeys. It is the happy ending for the couple after their 9-year romantic love story.

And now, seven months later they spent together as a married couple on their first Christmas. William, Kate and the entire royal family all went to Sandringham Church to participate in the traditional Christmas Day service at the historic venue in King’s Lynn, England.

Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton first met at the University of St. Andrew, where they studied art history, in September 2001. After nine-year romance ups and downs, they ended up their love story with a romantic royal wedding in front of thousand guests and royal fans last April.

William and Kate were joined on the walk to the 16th century St. Mary Magdalene Church by Prince Charles; William’s cousins Princess Beatrice and Eugenie; and newlyweds Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall.

This is the first time Kate Middleton, 29 spent her Christmas with the royal family. Duchess Catherine greeted some young fans and chatted with them.

David Beckham and Sons Attend the Sun Military Awards 2011 (Pictures)

We can totally say that David Beckham’s kids are going to become heartthrobs. The football star and his two boys Brooklyn and Romeo were pictured stepping out on the red carpet of the Sun Military Awards held at the Imperial War Museum on Monday evening, December 19, 2011. Beckham and his two sons looked absolutely adorable together as they posed for pictures on the red carpet of the event. The soccer stud dad certainly attracted the spotlight thanks to the attendance of his two sons.

David Beckham and his sons Brooklyn, and Romeo were not the only famous faces at the event. Arriving at “The Sun Military Awards,” which held to honor the work of people who have been serving in the British armed forces as well as citizens involved with the military, are several members of the royal family, including Prince Harry, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton. Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana were also turned up for the show.

The 36-year-old soccer star David Beckham looked elegant in a tux, while his kids also looked cute in their stylish suits as they attended the 2011 Sun Military Awards. Beckham’s family arrived in England over the weekend and the family of five members is said to plan to spend the holiday in their native country. The birth of the youngest daughter Harper of David Beckham and his model wife Victoria in July was one of the happiest moments of the Beckhams this year. Being taking after by her stylish mum, Harper will definitely be all about the red carpet once she is old enough.
