Shirtless Casper Smart and Jennifer Lopez Enjoy Beach Day with Kids (February 2012)

Just months after splitting up with Marc Anthony after seven years of marriage, the 42-year-old American Idol judge is waiting no time to move on to her new beau actor and dancer Casper Smart and integrate him to her family. Taking the advantage of the sunny weather on Sunday with a trip to the beach in Malibu, Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart, along with four-year-old twins Max and Emme, were out for a sandy beach day on 5 February 2012 as a nanny took the pictures of the group. Jennifer Lopez is currently in Malibu, California to promote her new reality series ¡Q'Viva! The Chosen. During the time, Casper Smart is seen behind her side all the press tour. It also seems that the actress and back-up dancer are getting pretty serious despite 18 year age difference.

*Move over Oprah, Beyonce may be poised to be the WEALTHIEST female entertainer in the world. According to an EXTREMELY RELIABLE insider, Simon Cowell has offered Beyonce $500M - to be a judge on the hit TV series X-Factor.

According to MediaTakeOut.com's insider, who is the same person that EXCLUSIVELY gave us the news that Jennifer Lopez was joining American Idol (see here), Simon Cowell DESPERATELY wants to revive X-Factor and he believes that Beyonce is the one to do it.

The insider explained, "He wants a big name female star on the panel. Mariah [Carey] is good, but she's not that hot today. He wants Beyonce because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat American Idol."

And Simon is willing to PAY to land Beyonce. Our snitch tells us that he's offered Beyonce $500M, or $100M per year for 5 seasons. If Bey accepted, she and Jay Z would IMMEDIATELY be worth over $1 BILLION combined.

So we know what you're wondering - is Beyonce interested. Our snitch in the Beyonce camp is tight lipped, but told us to expect a very "MAJOR" career announcement from Beyonce in the next month or so.

Obviously, she brings along her new boyfriend/back-up dancer Casper Smart to the show. The 42-year-old entertainer, who will hit the big screen in “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” this spring, makes her way into the show with David Letterman in an Alberta Ferretti wool and fur coat, teamed with embellished Jimmy Choo heels. The "On The Floor" singer is going to launch her new talent show "Q'Viva! The Chosen" with her ex-husband Marc Anthony as their "passion project"

Jennifer Lopez was caught hugging and kissing her 24-year-old boyfriend (and back-up dancer) Casper Smart when he paid a visit to her new music video set in Los Angeles on Tuesday, 17 January 2012 Recently, the “On The Floor” songstress’ boyfriend/backup dancer took to his Twitter page to send a romantic message to his lady. He wrote, “Age, status, n opinions of others are irrelevant. Our hearts are endless and our souls infinite” and added, “Our ages are mere reminders of the hours logged on this earth and the precious time remaining. We should all honor our time here by indulging our passion and dreams”. The inspirational message, ending with “Close your ears and open your hearts; Love and be happy”, was immediately re-Tweeted by Lopez.
